CAN I PURCHASE FROM DIFFERENT STORE OWNERS?
Yes, you can buy as much or as little as you like from all of the various Stores that list T-Shirts and Apparel for sale on our Site, you get one bill at the end, check out and your T-Shirts will be sent out to you.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG TILL I GET IT?
We have made the Shipping a Flat Rate per T Shirt and send the T-Shirts out with the regular post. We do this to make it easy and affordable for you. If you need it Fast checkout with Express Shipping and we will get it done as Quick as we can and send with either Express Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your Location and what will get to you the Quickest. With Regular Post we ask that you allow up to 9 Business days, we can not control the post office. With Express post it should take no longer than 2 to 3 Business Days. From time to time if you purchase a few T-Shirts we may send with Fastway couriers, we will do this at our discretion. We try to ship orders the next Business day after you place the order, this can from time to time slip out to 2-3 Business days when we are extra busy, but if this happens, we will let you know via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?
Depending on the individual store owner and what policies they have advised, if the store owner has stated that they do not exchange for change of mind incorrect size selection or other reasons this is the case. If you feel for some reason, there is a problem with the T-Shirt or the Printing on the T-Shirt you will be able to contact the Store Owner directly or us and we will get you a replacement sent out straight away. We will require you to return the faulty garment as we need to see what has gone wrong.
CAN I SELL ON OUR T-SHIRTS?
Yes, you can. We want to create a community of people that are passionate about t-shirts & apparel, designers, re-sellers, Artist, charities and community groups. At Our T-Shirts it is a little different to eBay in that we do not charge you to sell on our site, we set you up in our system as a re-seller with agreed pricing for your T-Shirts and Printing, we do the Shipping for you and send you a confirmation of each sale. We have a vast range of general and comfortable wearing T-Shirts. Keya T-Shirts are our entry level T-Shirt that is light weight comfortable, Ring Spun for a soft feel in a t-shirt that will last. Gildan is the staple of the garment printing industry with a good Style for a Standard T-Shirt, Anvil and Ramo are a more premium T-Shirt with great style to them, We have a range of Premium T's in either AS COLOUR or T WITH NO NAME these are Great, the Soft Styling of Ring Spun Jersey Knit 100% Cotton, styled in a designer look, with a comfortable feel that will last. The Choice of what brand and quality are up to you select the class and style that suits your Target Market. We are happy to help with some advise if you think that you need some more information
HOW DO YOU WORK OUT WHAT IS CHARGED FOR EACH T-SHIRT ON THE WEBSITE
We do not set the Prices the Individual Store owners set their prices as they need to. We give our Store owners the freedom to set their prices; we will provide our costs to you when you have your re-seller information done with us and then it is up to you what margin that you put on it. We keep the Wholesale Prices low so you as the Store Owner get a return that makes it worth your while.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
We will go over all this once we set you up as a re-seller with us, we transfer funds from sales Daily.
WHAT FORMAT DO I NEED TO SUPPLY FOR US TO GET PRINTED ONTO OUR T-SHIRTS SO IT IS READY FOR SALE?
Look for as high-resolution pictures and photos that look clean (not blurry) when you have them at a large size on your monitor. PNG format is great as it will usually have the background removed AI and PSD are also great. Try and supply something at least 720 high & 720 wide as a minimum, this is a guide and not hard and fast. Just remember rubbish in rubbish out. If you can tell the dpi look for a minimum of 300dpi, but 600dpi is what we are looking for, not everyone can see this. Make sure if you can that the picture or photo is RGB as this prints the best. If all this does not make any sense, do the best you can to get the picture as big as you can, and as clear as you can.
